NOTE: If you would rather register by mail with a check, please download this Registration Form, and mail it as indicated on the form.

Please follow the instructions below:

• Membership in the ASA is optional for this convention. If you wish, you can join with your convention registration.
• If you are not a member, you can register online by first providing your name and mailing address, or ...
• You can also register by mailing the Registration Form and a check.
• Each spouse/partner is registered separately, by selecting the checkbox in front of their name from the list below, and completing the registration. If your spouse/partner's name is not listed, you may add them by clicking the Add new person button and filling in their name and optionally a phone number and email address.
• Make any selections from the Events/Options list (such as meal choices).
• This page will be re-displayed with the registration information and the payment buttons shown below. If you wish to change anything before selecting the payment method, change whatever is necessary and click the Register button again.
• If you choose to pay by check, click the appropriate button. Within a few seconds you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions in the email as to where the check is to be sent.
• If you wish to pay by Credit Card or PayPal™, click the appropriate button. You will be emailed a confirmation after the payment has been verified (this should take less than a minute).
