Flowers very pale purplish-pink lobe centers with deep purplish-pink (67C) margins and purplish-pink dorsal spotting. . Single with 5 wavy-edged lobes, broadly funnel-shaped, 3 per head, 3” x 1 ¾”. Blooms midseason; early May in Springfield, VA. Blooms midseason. Calyx near brilliant yellow-green (142B). Leaves semi-glossy, near moderate yellow-green (139C) above. Leaf shape:elliptic, broadly acute apex, cuneate base, upcurved edges, 2 ¼-3” x 1”. Plant and bud hardy to 0°F. |
