3 1/2’ tall x 3 1/2’ wide with an intermediate habit. Flowers in tints of Light Purple (84C) with a few Light Purple (84B) stripes and lines. Double hose-in-hose with up to 30 (10 + 10 + 5 + 5) petals, broad funnel-shaped with oval-rounded, overlapping lobes and wavy edges, 2 3/4” wide x 1 3/4” long, 2-3 per cluster. Blooms early-midseason (early May in Oak Hill, VA). Calyx absent. Foliage Moderate Yellow-Green (darker than 138A), semiglossy. Leaf shape: elliptic with a cuneate base and acuminate tip, concave (side to side), downcurved (base to tip), up to 2 1/4” long x 1 1/4” wide. Zone 7.
