2’ tall x 2’ wide, dense. Flowers tonal: tints of Light Purplish-Pink (55C) to Pale Purplish-Pink (55D) with an occasional Strong Pink (55D) sector or stripe and a Strong Yellow-Green (141D) blotch. Double with up to 14 (6+8) oval-rounded, overlapping lobes with frilly edges, 2 1/2” wide x 1 3/4” long, 2-4 per cluster. Blooms early-midseason (late April to early May in Oak Hill, VA). Calyx Strong Yellow-Green (143B), 1/8” long. Foliage Strong Yellow-Green (143A), semiglossy. Leaf shape: elliptic with a cuneate base and acuminate tip, slightly concave (side-to-side); downcurved (base-to-tip), up to 1 3/4” long x 2” wide. Selection number: RBS 201. Breeder code: #1-96-1.
